Rules
01. You must know HTML, PHP, and FTP.
02. You must currently have a website or coding/graphic examples.
03. Your site must be in English.
04. You may not have illegal material on your site.
05. You may not upload mp3 or video files.
06. You may not allow direct linking of your images.
07. If you are accepted, you must have your site up within two weeks.
08. You must be active. You must blog or update at least once a month. If you do not update or blog within the month, you will get an Email stating that your subdomain will be deleted. If you do not respond to that Email, your FTP account will be deleted. This rule is extremely important. Do not apply if you cannot follow this rule.
09. You must keep in contact with me. Comment on my blogs at least twice a month.
10. You must let me know if you are going on a revamp, hiatus, or if you'll be inactive for more than 2 weeks. Also, you must not be frequently on hiatus.
11. I reserve the right to delete your site without notice if you are found to be breaking the rules.
12. Not everyone will be accepted. I will contact you by email either way, though, to let you know.
13. My site must be linked on every page of your site (i.e. the sidebar).
14. I will host blogs, graphics sites, or resource sites only for the time being.

What you'll get:
01. 100 MB of web space
02. One FTP account
03. A subdomain: you.paper-hearts.org or paper-hearts.org/you
04. An email address: you@paper-hearts.org, if needed
05. Blogging system, if needed*
06. A helpful, awesome, friendly hostess!

*Wordpress or fanupdate can be preinstalled for you if you would like. Let me know in your application if you would like one of these to be installed for you. Cutenews cannot be used.
